Janet de Luna explained that mobility in the capital must take into account the housing planning and the public transportation systems. “Much is said, including in campaigns, about expanding the Metro, Metrobús, and even creating aerial tramways, but little is said about housing and where people live. We cannot continue sending people to live farther and farther, if not, there will be no Metro far enough to bring them.”
